Appointment Booking: a) Clients must book an appointment in 24 hrs in advance to avail makeup services. b) A minimum deposit or booking fee may be required to secure the appointment, which will be deducted from the total service charge. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: a) Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. b) Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. c) In case of emergencies, clients should contact the makeup artist as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. 3. Payment: a) Full payment must be made on the day of the appointment, before or immediately after the makeup service. b) Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or any other agreed-upon method. c) Additional charges may apply for any extra services or requests made by the client on the day of the appointment. d. Last Minute cancellation results to FULL amount service will be charged ( card user to book appointment). 4. Consultation: a) A consultation may be scheduled prior to the appointment to discuss the client's preferences, skin type, allergies, and any specific requirements. b) It is the client's responsibility to inform the makeup artist of any known allergies or sensitivities to certain products. 5. Hygiene and Sanitation: a) The makeup artist will ensure the use of clean and sanitized makeup tools, brushes, and products for each client. b) Disposable applicators or sanitized tools will be used whenever necessary. c) Makeup products will be handled and applied with clean hands and appropriate hygiene practices. 6. Service Guarantee: a) The makeup artist will make every effort to achieve the desired look discussed during the consultation. b) In case the client is not satisfied with the finished look, reasonable adjustments or modifications will be made. c) However, no refunds will be provided unless the makeup artist fails to deliver the agreed-upon services. 7. Privacy and Confidentiality: a) The makeup artist will respect the privacy and confidentiality of the client's personal information, including any photos taken during the makeup session. b) Client consent will be obtained before using any photos for promotional or marketing purposes. 8. Professional Conduct: a) The makeup artist will maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards clients at all times. b) Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct from either party will not be tolerated.

The deposit paid goes towards your appointment. The deposit is ONLY for the date & time slot you picked. It cannot be changed or used for another appointment. I do not, nor have I recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath. I have not been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms. I have not been out of state in the last 14 days nor has anyone in my home/close contact. <b>Consent for Treatment</b> I understand that, because the appointment involves touch and/or close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. By signing this contract, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved from receiving treatment at this time, I voluntarily agree to assume those risks, and I release and hold harmless the practitioner/business from any claims related thereto.
